This website and the websites of our brands (Layover in Dubai, Nairobi Layover, Addis Ababa Layover, Dubai Food Tour and Dubai Walking Tour) are operated by Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you book or contact us we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, flight details, hotel or pickup location, tour date, group size and any requests you share with us (for example dietary or accessibility needs).
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
This website uses the Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure visits and advertising performance. Online checkout is handled by Stripe.
Why we use it
To arrange and deliver your tour, send your booking confirmation, contact you about pickup or changes, process payments and refunds, answer your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to deliver your tour: your guide and driver, Stripe for payments, and email or messaging providers we use to contact you. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for the tour and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations; then they are deleted.
